Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a client success executive to own relationships with VA Medical Centers, align site-level strategy with the priorities of executive leadership, and drive adoption, roadmap awareness, and input for deployed Oracle Health software.

You will bring best products and people to ensure adoption and ongoing self-sufficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams across Oracle and the VA, and present client strategies to OHGS and VA leaders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in technology or healthcare.
  • At least 5 years in managing client executive relationships in sales, deployment, support, or client relationship settings.
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance for your position.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to client contract.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the relationship with one or more client VAMC’s.
  • Forms meaningful, beneficial relationships with VAMC personnel as a “trusted advisor”
  • Determines and executes on client strategic plans, aligning OHGS activities with VAMC priorities.

Job Description

Within Oracle Health Government Services and the Sustainment Operations pillar, our client success executive team is dedicated to being structured, standardized, and proactive in relationships with the VA Medical Centers (VAMC) that are live with Oracle Health software. We are the owners of the relationships with the VA Medical Centers for a given market. We establish and execute site-level strategy aligned with the priorities of the executive leadership team at each VAMC. We bring the best products and people to ensure adoption, roadmap awareness and input, and drive the site to self-sufficiency after deployment. We ensure learnings are communicated across the VA and Oracle for the benefit of all, and we continue to enhance the model for future sites.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the relationship with one or more client VAMC’s

  • Prepares verbal and written monthly and quarterly briefings to large audiences within Oracle Health, executive leadership teams at sites, and VA national personnel
  • Shares learnings from VAMC’s with peers and OHGS teams as applicable

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience in technology or healthcare
  • At least 5 years in managing client executive-level relationships in sales, deployment, support, or client relationship settings at Oracle Health or within clinical settings (required)
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance for your position
  • Due to the client contract, you must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors
  • Existing VA govt clearance (strongly preferred)
  • Previous experience dealing with VA or other federal govt agencies (preferred)
Expectations
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 - $234,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
