A staffing and workforce solutions company is seeking an Oracle HCM VBCS Developer. This fully remote position involves designing and implementing Oracle Visual Builder solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. Candidates should have beginner-level experience with Oracle Cloud Visual Builder and strong communication skills. Max of 5 responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, debug, and implement Oracle Visual Builder (VB) across Core HR, Benefits, and other modules
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Write technical specification documents for Visual Builder (VB) solutions
Implement best practices for Visual Builder (VB) development
Support deployment and maintenance of VB applications within Oracle HCM Cloud
Max of 5 requirements:
Beginner-level experience with Oracle Cloud Visual Builder
Beginner-level experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
