Job summary

Our client in Miami is seeking an Oracle HCM Test Lead to join their Testing Department, supporting transformation initiatives across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Field Service systems in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will lead test plans, create test cases, manage defect tracking, ensure traceability to requirements, and guide cross-functional teams through full lifecycle deliveries in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methods.
• Led at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive test plans including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Develop test cases, entry/exit criteria, and oversee testing execution.
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and system integration testing.
• Coordinate test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management, and analysis
• Strong familiarity with various software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
• Proven experience leading at least two full lifecycle system delivery implementations in a testing capacity
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technical sciences or information systems preferred but not required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide cross-functional teams effectively
