Develop secure code, maintain audit-ready documentation, and contribute to continuous security improvements across on-premises and cloud environments, using agile methods.

Qualifications

• Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with large-scale IT service support and hands-on Oracle HCM security configuration.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments, data and programming tools, APIs and web technologies, production monitoring, and agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle HCM security implementations and production support, including role provisioning, access controls, defect resolution, and Segregation of Duties analysis.
• Develop and review secure code, maintain audit-ready security documentation, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve platform security and controls.
