Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and support Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations for Oracle ERP. This hybrid role focuses on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fast Formula development, integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with internal apps, vendors, and APIs.

You will work with product managers and stakeholders across the organization, participate in the full software lifecycle, and support CI/CD with Azure DevOps in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related field; or an associate’s degree with additional experience.
• 1+ year of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language (C, C++, Golang, Java, C#).
• Experience with Agile software development techniques.
• Experience with modern application development frameworks.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations (OIC) and Fast Formulas.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
