Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a Talent Service Delivery Lead to implement and optimize the Oracle HCM Cloud HR Help Desk, enhancing Talent Operations. This role is integral to improving the associate experience and service delivery across HR functions.

The ideal candidate will lead the HR Help Desk setup, design improved workflows, and work closely with HR and IT for effective integration. Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – HR Help Desk.
• Experience in global or enterprise deployments preferred.

Seeking a Talent Service Delivery Lead to implement and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud HR Help Desk and enhance Talent Operations. This role will improve associate experience, case management, and service delivery across HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HR Help Desk setup – requirements, configuration, testing, and support.
• Design and improve workflows, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base for better HR service.
• Work with HR, IT, and business teams to integrate Help Desk with Core HR, Payroll, and Talent.
• Conduct training, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Analyze and enhance HR processes for efficiency and automation.
• Track and report case metrics, resolution times, and satisfaction.
• Ensure data security and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – HR Help Desk.
• Strong in workflow and SLA configuration, knowledge management, and HR processes.
• Experience with chatbots, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in global or enterprise deployments preferred.
