Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant who builds trusted client relationships, solves complex business challenges, and shapes solutions that maximise Oracle HCM investments. You’ll join a leading Oracle practice, working with experienced professionals and influencing future directions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Talent and HR Helpdesk
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency)

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments
• Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become their go-to Oracle expert
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality
• Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance
• Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice

• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices
