Job summary

Deloitte's GPS practice seeks a Delivery Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM who will help design, build, and deliver technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting across cloud HR systems. Responsibilities

• Support design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Assist with cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including interfaces and data mapping.
• Contribute to data conversion activities: extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover support.
• Support reporting workstream by gathering requirements and developing operational/compliance reports; ensure data quality and usability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; support testing, go-live, and production stabilization

Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:

• • Supporting the design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and/or reporting activities across Oracle Cloud HCM implementation s
• Assisting with the identification of cross-function al impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations, and escalating risks or issues as appropriate
• Supporting integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems, including inbound/outbou nd interfaces, middleware coordination, data mapping, and end-to-end validation
• Contributing to data conversion activities, including data extraction, cleansing, t ransformation, load preparation, r econciliation, and cutover support to enable accurate and complete migration from legacy systems
• Supporting the reporting workstream by gathering reporting requirements, assisting in the development of operational and compliance reports, and helping validate data quality, usability, and stakeholder needs
• Coordinating with cross-function al technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting, while supporting testing, go-live, and post-productio n stabilization

QualificationsRequired:

• 2+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
• 1+ years of experience with supporting or leading the integrations for a full-life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employees
• Experience in government and public sector implementations
• Oracle HCM Cloud certified

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,400 to $197,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
