Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager focused on Oracle security and controls to manage client engagements and lead teams in delivering risk-based technology solutions. The role involves governance program development, IT risk management, and collaboration across EY’s global network.

You will be part of a national Risk Technology practice, with career-long training and opportunities to work on strategic accounts, including international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with ~5 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of Oracle business processes (P2P, R2R, O2C).
• Experience with controls testing, sensitive access and segregation of duties testing.
• Advanced project management and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and teaming skills, with ability to train, coach and manage staff.
• US driver’s license and valid passport; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge of IT environments to develop risk management and governance programs for clients.
• Lead EY teams in transforming risk functions and implementing technology solutions.
• Manage client engagement teams and drive high-quality deliverables within time and budget.
