Accenture is seeking a General Ledger Lead to supervise the delivery of Oracle Cloud GL services, ensuring financial integrity and process improvements. The role includes managing a team, handling incidents, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet business expectations.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office with hiring locations in Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas. Applicants should have strong leadership and deep GL expertise to drive period-close activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading support teams for Oracle Cloud General Ledger and related finance processes.
• Strong understanding of record-to-report, including journal processing, chart of accounts, reconciliations, period close, allocations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing incidents, escalations, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
