Job summary

Summit Companies seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion professional to lead cross-module configuration and troubleshooting across Financials, Inventory, Projects, and SLA. You will drive standardization, partner with leadership to recruit pillar leads, and oversee ongoing Oracle Cloud updates and release readiness.

You will mentor the internal team, document best practices, and ensure timely delivery across active workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion (or Fusion Cloud) experience across Financials, Inventory, and Projects.
• Hands-on configuration in SLA, AutoAccounting, and GL reconciliation.
• Experience with Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts, including cost allocation and cross-charge rules.
• Strong troubleshooting across AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Projects.
• Experience leading knowledge transfer from external consultants and building internal capability.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Fusion across Accounting, Financials, Inventory/SCM, and Projects with hands-on ownership.
• Diagnose and resolve cross-module issues, SLA, AutoAccounting, and GL reconciliation.
• Document and define target-state roles and standards for the internal team.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of functional leads and train new team members.
• Architect cross-module solutions spanning Financials, Projects, and Inventory.
• Evaluate standard functionality vs. customizations in Oracle Fusion.
• Own quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycle and ensure release readiness.
