Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 2 to drive Oracle Cloud projects from definition through delivery in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, planning resources, and managing budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

The candidate will lead complex ERP-oriented engagements, oversee design and solution delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across levels to ensure value realization and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Service Cloud and CX Cloud implementations.
• Experience in Architecture/Design/Detailing of processes and problem definition.
• Knowledge of Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, and Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
• Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements and depot repair.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building relationships with client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools that enhance execution and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams to embed quality planning into workflows.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Engage in planning resource allocation and facilitate professional development to improve team effectiveness.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud
• Experience in Oracle Service Cloud
• Experience in Oracle Cloud - Analytics Cloud (OAC) - reporting.
• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies.
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of processes and problem definition.
• Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
• Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements/coverages, RMA and Depot Repair.
• Skilled with Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder, data migration, reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of AI Agents and Webservices based integration.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Fusion Apps).
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design
• Experience with Oracle Cloud solution configuration, development, and deployment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers
• Experience delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience guiding teams on project processes and deliverables
• Experience leading Oracle CX Cloud managed services engagements
• Experience serving as a solution lead for Oracle CX Cloud implementations

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience with Foundational Agile Kanban
• Experience in green field implementations and working on projects with Agile methodology.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
