Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead a high-visibility migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud across HR, IT and business stakeholders. You will drive status meetings, manage budgets, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure Phase 1 on-time go-live.

The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle Fusion Cloud experience focused on HCM, strong budget management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with external SI partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations (on-prem to cloud).
• Strong Oracle Fusion experience, specifically within HCM.
• Extensive project budget ownership and financial management experience.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation budget.
• Develop, track, and enforce project plans, timelines, milestones, and go-live schedules.
• Coordinate across HR, IT, business leaders, and external implementation partners.
• Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead project governance activities, including change control processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all business and technical stakeholders during the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage resource planning and scheduling across project workstreams.
• Drive successful execution and delivery of Phase 1 core Oracle Fusion modules within the project timeline.

Day to day:

This Oracle ERP Project Manager will serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and the Oracle implementation partner throughout a large-scale migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. On a daily basis, they will lead project status meetings, track milestones and budget performance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure all workstreams remain aligned for a successful Phase 1 go-live. The ideal candidate will be highly visible across the organization, driving accountability, facilitating communication, and removing roadblocks to keep the implementation on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud)
• Strong Oracle Fusion experience, specifically within HCM
• Extensive project budget ownership and financial management experience
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
• Experience serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing enterprise-wide ERP implementations across multiple functional workstreams
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Jira Plusses:
• Local to the area and willing to come onsite twice weekly
• Experience coordinating external Systems Integrators (SIs)
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or migration engagements
