Job summary

DP World in the United States is seeking a Project System Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Oracle Fusion within the AMR region, focusing on Project Finance and Project Management. You will optimize processes, train users, manage data integrity, generate project financial reports, and collaborate with accounting, IT, and operations to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• CPA, CA or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field; Master’s is a plus
• Certification in Oracle Financials & Project cloud and TOGAF are a plus
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Project (Project Finance & Project Management) and 3 years in Oracle Fusion Project as a Functional consultant
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Project modules including implementation, configuration and support
• Strong understanding of project finance, budgeting and consolidation processes
• Proven project management skills to lead complex Oracle Fusion projects
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial & Project functionalities and integration points

Responsibilities

• Oracle Fusion Implementation & Maintenance: support for implementation & maintenance of Oracle Project modules
• System Optimization: evaluate and enhance project system functionality, performance and UX
• Business Process Analysis: analyze existing processes and implement improvements using Oracle Fusion
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with accounting, IT and operations to align strategies
• Training and Support: provide training and end-user support with workshops
• Data Management: ensure data integrity and timely data entry and reporting
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: develop project financials and analytics for decision making
• Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting: oversee processes using Oracle Project and EPM modules
• Project Financial Process Optimization: identify optimization opportunities and implement best practices
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Configuration and Customization: configure modules per business requirements with IT
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
• Performance Monitoring: establish KPIs and generate reports for continuous improvement
