Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Integration Engineer — OT & ERP to design and deploy the bridging layer between factory floor systems and Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and WMS. You will own the OT/IT integration architecture across AMRs, cobots, machine vision, and wire processing, feeding ERP dashboards.

This role requires hands-on leadership in vendor evaluations, initial deployments, and setting data standards, security alignment, and data governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OT/IT integration with factory-to-ERP experience.
• Direct Oracle Fusion experience in Manufacturing and/or WMS.
• Familiarity with OT protocols: MQTT, OPC-UA, SCADA/PLC data extraction.
• Experience with API-based integration, middleware, and data pipelines in industrial settings.
• Ability to coordinate across automation, IT and operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and own OT/IT integration architecture connecting automation systems to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and WMS.
• Define and enforce data standards across all deployed systems.
• Collaborate with Lead Automation Engineer on integration requirements during vendor evaluations and FAT/SAT processes.
• Work with IT to ensure OT integrations align with security, architecture and data governance standards.
• Own the middleware layer and integration tooling to feed machine data into Fusion reliably.
• Support data quality and availability for capacity reporting and ROI tracking.
• Contribute to 2–3 year roadmap planning as the data platform expands.
