Job summary

Relanto seeks an experienced Senior ERP Design Leader to guide the end-to-end design lifecycle for enterprise enhancements within Oracle Fusion environments. You will own the architecture and oversee the design of complex modules across the Fusion stack.

You will lead hands-on development of critical Fusion modules, drive custom extensions, interfaces, and integrations using BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring robust,

• At least 10 years in ERP functional/technical roles.
• 6+ years hands-on deployment with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
• Proven design/architect experience within Fusion using BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
• Strong integration experience designing interfaces with OIC for shop floor/warehouse systems.
• Experience establishing standards and governing live production changes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Design Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Advanced Development Execution: Own the hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across the Oracle Fusion environment.
• Custom Development: Personally drive the design and development of the most complex and sensitive technical solutions (Extensions, Complex Interfaces, Customizations) using core Fusion development tools: BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
• Deep Dive Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, providing rapid root cause analysis and implementing permanent, preventative technical resolutions across system code or configuration.
• Integration Design: Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces partnering with OIC/OPA Developer.
• Technical Standards: Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work performed by the technical team.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
• 6+ years of hands-on, deep implementation, and technology support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
• Mandatory: Proven history of designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools like AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP or PaaS extensions.
• Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using OIC for shop floor and warehouse systems.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an organization transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with other Oracle PaaS tools.
• Experience setting up/using CI/CD tools like FlexDeploy
• Third-party supporting software experience like Avalara, Kyriba, Zip, etc.
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
• Relevant professional product/functional certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications)
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
