Job summary

Ábaco Strategy is looking for a Middleware Oracle Fusion Engineer to join their team in the Washington, DC Metro Region. This role involves managing infrastructure for Oracle Fusion Middleware products and supporting legacy applications with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Unix/Linux, excellent project management skills, and the ability to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates who pass a background check will be preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Pass a background check and credit check.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and strong shell-scripting experience.
• Experience working in Agile, SCRUM, or RUP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing high-priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and architect infrastructure for Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
• Install, upgrade, and patch middleware software releases.
• Provide 24/7 support for severity-1 incidents.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business analysts.
