Job summary

Infosys Oracle Unit is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead optimization of ERP processes, customize integrations, and architect complex solutions. You will design and implement ERP customizations, connect systems via integrations, and guide large-scale data migrations while ensuring security and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have Oracle HCM Cloud experience (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management), and a strong background in architecture, customization, and multi-country

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud core HR, payroll, recruiting, talent management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on ERP platform capabilities.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting ERP with external apps, lead data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability and reliability; support security audits.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and lead user training workshops.
