Job summary

Mythics is seeking an Oracle Fusion GTM Lead to own GTM design and configuration—trade compliance screening, license determination, HS/Schedule B classification—integrated with Order Management, Procurement, and Shipping.

Required: 16+ years in Oracle GTM, 6+ years hands-on GTM config, a U.S. Person with ITAR eligibility, and a degree in CS/Engineering. You will define regulatory translation into GTM config, support testing, and ensure go‑live readiness.

Qualifications

• Clearance/Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR); ability to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 16+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 6+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion GTM configuration and implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements as they apply to system-enforced trade compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM design & configuration: trade compliance rules, screening, license determination, classification workflows.
• Integrate GTM with Order Management, Procurement, and Shipping transaction flows.
• Translate export-control policy into GTM configuration and maintain audit traceability.
• Develop and execute GTM test scenarios and support go-live readiness.
