Job summary

Mythics seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion GTM Lead to own the design and configuration of GTM trade compliance features, including screening, HS/ECCN classification, and license determination within Fusion GTM. You will ensure integration with Order Management, Procurement, and Shipping to prevent restricted transactions.

Qualifications

16+ years of relevant professional experience.
6+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion GTM configuration and implementation experience.
Experience with ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements in system‑enforced trade compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead GTM functional design and configuration: trade compliance rules, screening, license determination, and classification workflows.
Integrate GTM screening into order-to-cash and procure-to-pay transactions.
Translate export-control policy into GTM configuration and defend it in audits.
Develop and execute test scenarios validating screening accuracy and license enforcement; support go-live readiness.
