Job summary

Infosys Limited in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Package Project Lead 1 to steer large-scale Oracle ERP implementations, integrations, and financial transformations for complex enterprise clients. The role focuses on delivering on time, within scope, and with measurable quality while coordinating across onshore teams and client stakeholders.

You will develop project plans, align resources, run CRPs and demos, and guide consultants through design, development, and testing phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation and Maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience leading a team of consultants to deliver ERP Finance solutions onshore.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders via meetings, sprints, and phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise packages per requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality and stakeholder expectations.
