Position: Oracle Fusion Financials Functional / Solution Architect

Location: Remote (On Demand Travel Needed)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional / Solution Architect with strong expertise in global financial implementations, taxation, and regional localizations across Europe, LATAM, and APAC.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and global rollout programs, with in-depth knowledge of regional tax regulations, statutory requirements, and electronic invoicing (E-Invoicing).

The candidate must possess strong solution architecture and leadership skills, including experience managing large offshore teams, coordinating with global stakeholders, and delivering complex Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, including solution design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive global Oracle Fusion Financials rollout programs across Europe, LATAM, and APAC regions.
• Design and implement financial solutions aligned with regional taxation, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide in-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials localization, including country-specific tax configurations and compliance.
• Lead E-Invoicing implementation initiatives, ensuring compliance with regional electronic invoicing mandates.
• Oversee tax-related configurations, including VAT, GST, withholding tax, and other applicable regional taxation requirements.
• Define global finance solution architecture while accommodating country-specific business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage large offshore functional and technical teams, ensuring effective delivery and coordination.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, tax specialists, and technical teams across multiple geographies.
• Manage functional design, solution reviews, fit-gap analysis, integration requirements, and implementation governance.
• Ensure successful delivery of global deployments, including SIT, UAT, cutover, migration, and post-production support.
• Work closely with project management and business leadership to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Functional / Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Extensive experience in global implementation and multi-country rollout programs.
• In-depth knowledge of European, LATAM, and APAC financial localizations and taxation.
• Hands-on experience with E-Invoicing solutions and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, GST, withholding tax, and country-specific tax regulations.
• Proven experience leading and managing large offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution leadership skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in the UK and flexibility to work European business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale, multinational Oracle Fusion Financials transformation programs.
• Experience working with global organizations and geographically distributed teams.
• Knowledge of statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and country-specific financial requirements.
• Experience with third-party tax engines and E-Invoicing platforms.
