Job summary

Aspida Financial Services, LLC is seeking an Oracle EPM Manager to lead the functional design, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across the organization. You will manage a distributed team of analysts and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Director, Financial Systems and requires onsite presence at our Durham, NC office three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience, including at least 3+ years in a functional lead or managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and/or consultants located in different time zones/geographies.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and testing for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Oversee cross-time-zone teams of analysts and consultants.
• Coordinate quarterly update testing and release management.
• Ensure governance, controls, and documentation across financial systems.
