Job summary

Discord is hiring an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Technical Developer to join our Business Systems team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own incident resolution, report development, integrations, and technical delivery across our Oracle Fusion ERP environment.

You will develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, manage OIC break‑fixes, and partner with Finance and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development experience.
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Experience developing integrations, extensions, reports, extracts in Oracle Fusion.
Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI and HCM Data Loader processes.
Experience supporting L2/L3 production environments with incident and problem management.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 technical support across the Oracle Fusion ERP environment.
Develop and enhance BI Publisher, OTBI reports, dashboards, and data extracts for GL, AP, AR, and Procurement.
Own OIC break‑fix, monitoring, troubleshooting, and new integration development.
Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
Create technical design docs, integration specs, and deployment docs.
Support month/quarter/year-end financial operations by resolving issues and bottlenecks.
Perform root cause analysis, testing, and validation for Oracle releases.
Collaborate on enterprise integrations and long-term solution architecture.
Follow ITGC, SOX, and change management for all changes.
