Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Architect, Oracle Functionals responsible for the functional solution architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB. You will define the roadmap, lead discovery and design, translate requirements into blueprints and configurations, and ensure alignment with financial controls and reporting needs.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise finance apps and Oracle certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, IS, CS or related field.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB experience required.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications with functional design or architecture responsibilities.
• Experience leading full implementations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessment, and future-state design.
• Translate requirements into process flows, blueprints, specs, configurations, integrations and tests.
• Drive the justification for extensions or customization based on business value and risk.
• Collaborate with Finance to align configurations with accounting and control needs.
• Provide architecture leadership across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and other modules.
• Assess updates and guide configuration review, readiness, and regression testing.
• Lead ORMB fit-gap analysis and ensure scalable, configurable approaches.
• Define interfaces, APIs, file-based integrations, batch processes and error handling.
