Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Oracle Functional Solutions Architect to lead the functional design and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB. You will partner with Finance, product owners, and IT teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.

The role focuses on governance, integration oversight, and ensuring long-term application health with minimal customizations. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise application experience with functional design or architecture.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials and ORMB.
• Experience leading full implementation or major transformation.
• Strong knowledge of finance, billing, and revenue-management processes.
• Experience with ITIL and application lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the functional solution architecture and roadmap for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and ORMB.
• Lead discovery, requirements analysis, fit-gap, future-state design, and decisions.
• Translate requirements into process flows, blueprints, specs, and integration needs.
• Assess impacts across billing, receivables, payables, GL, and reporting.
• Define standards, decision records, and reusable pattern documentation.
• Provide architecture leadership for GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, FA.
• Coordinate with Finance on accounting, reconciliation, close, and controls.
• Evaluate enhancements for value, risk, and supportability.
• Coordinate with Oracle Integration Cloud and data platforms.
