Job summary

Ziff Davis is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Architect to configure and support Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud within our Enterprise Applications team. This hands‑on role works with Accounting, Finance and business units to meet complex financial needs.

The ideal candidate has CPA preferred, 10+ years with Oracle (half on Fusion ERP Cloud), strong SOX controls experience, and the ability to document processes, train users and optimize financial workflows in a multi‑currency, global

Qualifications

• Significant accounting background with CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle, at least half on Fusion ERP Cloud
• Experience with system financial audits and controls
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with finance and accounting users at all levels
• Knowledge of GL, AP, Cash Management, Procurement; Order to Cash a plus
• Experience with acquisitions/divestitures a plus
• Familiarity with OTBI and Oracle table structures
• Experience writing documentation for training
• Ability to design and document dynamic solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and implement Oracle Financials modules in ERP Cloud
• Support users through day-to-day, month-end and year-end activities
• Research and analyze business processes and identify areas for improvements
• Ensure SOX compliance by documenting system and permission changes
• Assist accounting with documenting and improving processes
• Stay updated on system functionality and new releases
• Provide user trainings on system functionality and processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
• Perform data cleansing to improve reporting and processes
• Develop creative solutions to complex problems
