Qualifications

• 3 years progressive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations may substitute education.

• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft requirement specs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture; steer customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations leveraging ERP capabilities and collaborate with development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications; lead large data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while ensuring security compliance.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops for user groups.
