Job summary

Software Placement Group (SPG) is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud professional to support enterprise applications in the Western NY/PA region.

You will configure, customize, and maintain Fusion/Utilities solutions, work with business teams to translate requirements, and develop integrations and reports. On-site role with relocation support, collaborating with vendors for long-term success.

Location: Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH (on-site) | Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Overview

A well-established energy company with a large workforce across the Western New York and Northwest Pennsylvania region is expanding its Oracle ecosystem to support corporate growth, cloud transformation, and the integration of a recent acquisition. This hands-on enterprise applications role offers the chance to work closely with business and IT teams on a significant Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud environment.

What you\'ll do

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: CCS / CC&B (customer information, customer billing, CRM, or customer-facing systems), WAM / WACS (asset management, work management, etc.), or OFSC / CSF (field scheduling, field service, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (transcripts will be required)
• Local to Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH, or willing to relocate upon hire
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry preferred
• Experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired
• Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud experience preferred
