Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the Oracle Fusion CXOpportunity Management design as part of the Energy Technologies group in Florida. You will own the solution roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and align CX/EPM solutions with business priorities.

Collaboration with Business Development, Estimating, and Finance is essential. You will guide internal and partner teams through implementation, governance, and data strategy, ensuring scalable, integrated enterprise solutions across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3–7 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Proven lead architect on multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the Oracle Fusion CX opportunity management solution roadmap and architecture.
Lead design workshops and guide cross-functional delivery teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable CX and EPM solutions.
Define data structures and governance across CX, CX/ERP, and related systems.
Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
