Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Test Analyst to support a large-scale Oracle implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and coordinating testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
This role will focus on validating business processes, integrations, reports, and data flows while managing test scripts, defects, execution status, and overall test-cycle results to ensure successful go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and scripts based on business requirements and Oracle configurations.
- Manage the complete test script inventory, including ownership, assignments, priorities, execution status, and outstanding items.
- Track test execution metrics, including scripts planned, executed, passed, failed, blocked, and pending.
- Coordinate testing activities with business users, functional leads, and technical teams.
- Perform and support System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test end-to-end business processes across applicable Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM.
- Validate Oracle integrations, reports, data conversions, and data flows between Oracle and connected systems.
- Document test results, supporting evidence, defects, retest outcomes, and outstanding issues.
- Log and track defects through resolution and perform retesting after fixes are implemented.
- Provide clear reporting on testing progress, script counts, blockers, risks, and go-live readiness.
- Support business users during UAT and assist with testing throughout deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience developing test cases/scripts and managing end-to-end testing cycles.
- Experience maintaining test script inventories and tracking testing metrics and defects.
- Good understanding of business processes within at least one Oracle functional area, such as:
- Finance / ERP
- Procurement / SCM
- HCM
- Experience testing integrations, reports, and data conversions.
- Ability to accurately track test execution and summarize test-cycle results for project stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Oracle Cloud testing tools, or similar test management/defect-tracking platforms.
- Experience supporting UAT, go-live, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
