Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP project delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion SCM configurations and cloud modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and manage client relationships with mid/senior reps.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks with QA teams; ensure quality in workflows.
• Develop estimates, monitor budget, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support technical/commercial proposals aligned to client needs.
