Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is modernizing its ERP suite with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Taleo, and PowerSchools Reflect and Learn. The Platform Lead, HRIT will design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions focused on HRIT systems, aligning with CPS business needs and enterprise architecture standards.

As a senior technologist, you will guide system management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available cloud implementations within

Qualifications

• Five+ years of architecting and designing complex IT solutions on Oracle Cloud.
• Two+ years in a supervisory role leading a team.
• Three+ years of enterprise application management experience.
• Three+ years of experience supporting Human Resources or Talent Management.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development/testing techniques.
• End-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as core liaison to ITS PMO for TALEO or PowerSchools Reflect and Learn initiatives and support vendor renewals.
• Architect and validate Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators to design CPS ERP Cloud footprint and roadmaps.
• Lead solution design workshops and build technical strategies for conversions, integrations, and reports.
• Develop test plans and contribute to QA testing; document topology and data flows.
