Job summary

TechWish is seeking a senior integration specialist with deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience. Youll work with HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts to design and deploy data-rich HR solutions. Proficiency in OIC orchestrations, REST/SOAP adapters, FTP, and HCM adapters will be essential.

Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and a solid understanding of HR business processes will support QA, delivery, and ongoing improvements across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts and Fast Formula.
• Extensive OIC experience including App-driven and Scheduled Orchestrations, REST/SOAP adapters, FTP, and HCM adapters.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and report development.
• General understanding of HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Create custom HCM extracts and define delivery options.
• Develop and debug Fast Formulas for payroll, compensation, and eligibility scenarios.
• Utilize OIC to build integrations with REST/SOAP adapters and HCM adapters.
• Leverage HDL/HSDL and web services for data loading and integration tasks.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL/PLSQL.

Experience with HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts and Fast Formula

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Extensive experience with OIC (App-driven and Scheduled Orchestrations), including the use of REST/SOAP adapters, FTP, and HCM adapters.

• HCM Extracts: Deep expertise in creating custom extracts, defining delivery options, and handling complex data threading and bursting.
• Fast Formula: Proficiency in writing, compiling, and debugging Fast Formulas using various types (e.g., Participation and Rate Eligibility, Payroll, Compensation).
• HCM Cloud Toolset: Solid understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and Web Services.
• Database & Logic: Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis and report development.
• Functional Awareness: General understanding of HR business processes
