Job summary

SMBC is seeking an Associate to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP for financial processes across North America and EMEA. The role focuses on GL, Accounting Hub, OTBI, and related modules, with emphasis on analysis, configuration, testing, and user training.

The role requires a solid finance background, strong communication, and a minimum of three years’ Fusion ERP experience. It offers a hybrid work model within a global financial group.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience with general ledger, accounting hub, and OTBI/SLA.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge and ability to map business processes to ERP configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across teams.
• Minimum of three years Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules for NA and EMEA.
• Analyze, configure and test Oracle Financials enhancements to support business processes.
• Lead configuration, testing and user training for Fusion Financials projects.
• Collaborate with IT, security and operations to deliver ERP functionality.
• Produce detailed requirements, data flow, test plans and process diagrams.
• Support day-to-day ERP operations and weekend/on-call needs.
