Job summary

SMBC Group is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP security analyst to support rapid growth across North America and Europe, handling user access, RBAC, SOD, and security configurations. You will work with the Oracle team to ensure SOX/NYDFS compliance and secure access management for financial operations.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on cloud security experience, and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment with on-call production support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
• Experience with RBAC and SOD in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to describe end-to-end business processes and integrations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced development environment.
• Hybrid work arrangement and US location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions in Oracle Cloud.
• Defining and implementing security policies and access controls for Oracle Cloud applications.
• Conducting security assessments of Oracle Cloud environments and applications.
• Ensuring SOX and NYDFS compliance.
• Collaborating with the Oracle application team on security design and configuration.
• Providing production support and on-call coverage as required.
• Documenting security configurations, policies, and procedures.
