Job summary

P2P Softtek Staffing Services is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion CDM Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Customer Data Management solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to establish a trusted, single view of the customer across CX, Order Management, Receivables, and Financials.

You will mentor junior consultants, guide solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion CDM in large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality rules, and deduplication processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle Fusion CDM implementations.
• Configure Oracle Fusion CDM, including the Trading Community Model (TCM).
• Design and implement customer data governance, including data quality rules and deduplication.
