Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an Oracle Fusion Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, translating requirements into integrated designs and guiding large-scale initiatives.

This remote-friendly role may require an onsite interview to verify identity; you will mentor staff and ensure compliance, security, and future-ready solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expert level expertise in Oracle Fusion architectures and ERP/HCM transformation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs for large IT solutions.
• Lead complex IT projects, oversee budgets and timelines.
• Oversee vendor selection and management.
• Ensure compliance and security guideline adherence.
• Mentor technical staff and may act as team lead.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements complex architectural solutions. Leads the development of new systems and applications, ensuring alignment of technology to the business strategy.
• Translates the customer’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.
• Leads complex IT projects, oversees project budgets and timelines. Leads vendor selection and management.
• Conducts comprehensive architecture reviews. Provides expert guidance on design best practices and risk mitigation.
• Serves as architectural subject matter expert.
• Proactively identifies and evaluates new technologies. Recommends adoption of innovative solutions.
• Ensures compliance and adheres to industry standards. Follows compliance requirements and security guidelines.
• Provides advice and guidance on complex technical issues. Mentors and coach's technical staff. May act as a team lead.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
