What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Gather and analyze business requirements, providing optimal solutions for operational improvements
2. Document and model current and future state business processes
3. Facilitate testing activities, including writing test scripts and managing defect tracking
4. Manage the configuration of Oracle Cloud applications and troubleshoot functional issues
5. Support SMEs through training and provide Level 3 support for Help Desk issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent training and experience
2. 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Subject Matter Expert
3. Expertise in Oracle modules: Projects management, billing, costing, and integration to Vertex for sales and use tax
4. Experience in configuring Vertex tax calculation
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
