Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize and optimize Record to Report processes using Oracle Cloud. You will lead workshops, design robust solutions, and guide teams through delivery in an integrated environment.

With 3+ years in Oracle Cloud Financial Management and advisory experience, you will mentor staff, influence client decisions, and stay ahead of industry trends while enabling business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes for Oracle transformation.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches that meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Lead a project team to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Plan and organize tasks, report progress, and ensure delivery.
• Gain client trust to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current on Oracle features to deliver the best solutions.

You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.

• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.

• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.

• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.

• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.

• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.

• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.

• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.

• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.

• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.

• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.
