Senior Technical Recruiter at Gotham Technology Group

The Oracle Finance Lead will play a critical role in supporting our client’s Oracle ERP Financials and EPM platforms, ensuring seamless financial operations and aligning technology with business goals such as cost optimization and cash flow improvement. This role will collaborate with our client’s AMS provider and internal teams to support post-hypercare operations, mentor staff, and assist with ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Optimize and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Expense Management.
2. Support the configuration and enhancement of Oracle EPM modules for budgeting, planning, financial close, and consolidation processes.
3. Assist in developing financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance solutions.
4. Collaborate with external vendors to manage AMS support, resolve issues, and enhance system performance post-hypercare.
5. Integrate Oracle ERP Financials and EPM with other modules (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing).
6. Support modernization efforts by leveraging Oracle ERP and EPM for automation and operational analytics.
7. Mentor client team members new to Oracle ERP and EPM.
8. Help align Oracle ERP and EPM capabilities with the client’s business objectives, focusing on operational improvements.
9. Leverage Oracle Guided Learning to create user-friendly training and support materials.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expense Management) and Oracle EPM.
2. Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with plant operations, cost accounting, or 3PL logistics.
3. Familiarity with AMS support models and experience working with tier-2 providers.
4. Ability to configure dashboards and leverage Oracle’s analytics for real-time financial insights.
5. Familiarity with integrating Oracle ERP Financials and EPM with SCM or Manufacturing modules.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor the internal team.
7. Proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
