The role requires 6+ years in consulting or industry, travel up to 50%, a CS/Engineering degree, and Oracle Field Service certification.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with Oracle Field Service operations.
• 4+ years of leading multiple project teams on engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Travel up to 50% on average; visa sponsorship possibly available.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional design and delivery activities for Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud.
• Gather requirements, develop personas and process flows, and backlogs.
• Participate in sprint demos and functional testing; ensure alignment with teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, offshore developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain client communication throughout projects.
