• Minimum of 6+ years in a consulting or industry role with Oracle Field Service operations
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs and assignments

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery activities for Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations
• Gather requirements, develop personas and process flows, and craft backlog grooming and functional testing processes
• Collaborate with business analysts, offshore developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design, scope, and user stories
