Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Developer to work on end-to-end implementations, customizations, and support of Oracle Field Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OFS Cloud, API integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and mobility services.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS), including scheduling, dispatching, and customer sign-off processes.

- Develop and support OFS Core Modules, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle B2B Service.

- Work on technical design and architecture for OIC-based integrations.

- Develop and optimize REST and SOAP-based APIs for seamless communication between systems.

- Configure and implement OFS UIs, mobility services, and Oracle Field Service Cloud Core Manager.

- Provide ongoing support for OFS application sustainment and related project activities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams to align solutions with industry best practices.

- Deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and documentation on OFS Cloud solutions.

- Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud security policies and standards.

- Participate in business development efforts by supporting new opportunities and solution extensions.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS).
