Job summary

Rapid Eagle Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle FCCM Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and production support of FCCM solutions in Charlotte, NC. You will work with compliance teams on AML/KYC and data integration with core banking data.

The role requires strong Oracle FCCM and SQL/PLSQL skills, with experience in AML, Transaction Monitoring, and KYC processes. Onsite with full-time expectations and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML / Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime processes.
• Experience with Transaction Monitoring, Customer Screening, Case Management, and KYC.
• Strong Oracle SQL / PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with FCCM data models, data mappings, interfaces, and batch processing.
• Experience with ETL/data integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and batch processes.
• Strong understanding of banking/financial-services data and transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
