Job summary

HTC Global Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant to lead and implement Oracle EPM FCCS across clients, focusing on financial consolidation, planning and reporting. You will work with Essbase, FCCS, and PBCS integrations, deliver end-to-end projects and present demonstrations to clients.

The role requires strong finance domain knowledge, hands-on rule writing, and ability to work in a remote/offshore setup if needed, with emphasis on UAT, go-live, and hypercare

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD.
• Experience on end-to-end Oracle EPM Essbase/FCCS implementations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Essbase analytics and FCCS applications.
• Experience integrating PBCS with Fusion ERP.
• Ability to independently write business rules.
• Experience implementing custom Oracle EPM applications.
• Ability to handle UAT, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Experience with integrations and automations.
• Finance function knowledge and FP&A processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle EPM – FCCS, FMS, and ODD initiatives.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Configure and support Essbase analytics and FCCS applications.
