Job summary

Glocomms is partnering with a reputable technology company to hire a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance supply chain technology platforms. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve processes across manufacturing, distribution, repair operations, and order management within an Oracle ERP environment.

You will drive scalable solutions, oversee Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives, and help with digital transformation efforts across supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle Order Management modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and ERP configuration.
• Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with integrations, MES platforms, middleware solutions, and modern cloud technologies is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from supply chain stakeholders, including manufacturing, distribution, and repair operations.
• Design, configure, and implement enhancements within Oracle ERP and Order Management platforms.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for new system capabilities and process improvements.
• Support integration, automation, and reporting initiatives across supply chain systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while serving as a key ERP subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and aligned with business objectives.
