Job description

*Description*

We seek an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP Payroll/timekeeping/absence management. This role will be instrumental in transforming our fragmented systems environment into an integrated Oracle Cloud solution. The Project Manager will combine strong project management expertise with Oracle and ADP experience for a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP implementation.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and external consultants.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.
  4. Oracle ERP Expertise: Understand and implement ERP modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets).
  5. Drive ADP implementation to successful completion.
  6. Oversee system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  7. Change Management: Help users adopt the new system via training and support.
Technical Implementation
  • Along with the executive program manager, oversee the migration from the currently disconnected systems to Oracle Cloud.
  • Guide the integration of Finance functions within a unified platform alongside the Executive Program Manager.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper integration between Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP systems.
  • Coordinate data migration activities from legacy systems.
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all departments impacted by the implementation.
  • Communicate the benefits of the new system and address employee concerns.
  • Coordinate end-user training programs for both Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP systems.
  • Create documentation and support materials for system users.
  • Provide post-implementation support during the transition period.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of project management experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
