Onset Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS ERP implementations on premises in Dallas, TX. You will drive projects from initiation through delivery, manage scope, timelines, resources, and vendor coordination, and report to business leads with clear updates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and 12+ years in IT with ERP project management, especially Oracle EBS. Excellent communication essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 15+ years IT experience with at least 12+ ERP project management experience.
• Experience managing Oracle EBS ERP implementations (not upgrades).
• Knowledge of various modules of Oracle EBS ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Drives all application projects from planning to execution and delivery.
• Manages and approves change requests (scope and timelines).
• Coordinates resources and leads teams for on-time delivery and escalations.
• Maintains relationships with key decision-makers and provides updates/recommendations.
• Produces status dashboards and reports on project progress.
