Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is looking for an Oracle ERP/HCM Functional Consultant to oversee the configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will manage ERP and HCM module configurations, provide functional support, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Oracle applications with business needs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
  • Experience with ESS/MSS implementations.

Job Summary:
The Oracle ERP/HCM Functional Consultant will oversee the configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM modules. This role will work closely with stakeholders to align Oracle applications with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage ERP modules: Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Procurement, Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Configure and manage HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning.
  • Implement and maintain Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
  • Oversee budgetary control and encumbrance accounting within Oracle ERP.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Collaborate with business units to optimize workflows and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and HCM.
  • Experience with ESS/MSS implementations.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM certification is a plus.
